Our Firm
The Law Office of Fauna M. Pappalardo, Attorney and Counselor at Law, was founded on her family's traditions and values, with its roots dating back to the 1930's.

She prides herself on being compassionate, creative, and practical in her approach to practicing law and working with clients.
Ms. Pappalardo graduated from John Carroll University in 1990 with a B.A. in Philosophy and English. She then went on to study law at the University of Dayton School of Law and graduated with a J.D. in 1993. In 1994, she was admitted to the New York State Bar.

Ms. Pappalardo has over 29 years of experience representing clients and children. She is a past recipient of The Honorable Michael F. Dillon Law Guardian Award, and The James R. Boyle Award for Child Advocacy, both of which celebrated her zealous advocacy on behalf of the children. She has also received recognition for her pro bono legal services for members of the community.
Today, her practice has evolved to one which focuses on resolving conflicts with compassion, creativity and practicality, both in and out of the courtroom.
